With Fat Cat out running around, you can now focus on the old skeleton key. Since it doesn't have a place on the key rack, it must be very old... so old that it hasn't been used in a very long time. You carefully turn it over in your hand, examining the dull black metal and feeling the weight of its mystery turn ominously in your belly like a fish in honey. Where to start?
Just then you hear the distant, high-pitched yelp of something inhuman far out the kitchen window- you glance out to see Fat Cat running full speed towards Old Man Wintersnow's place. Wintersnow would be out watering his garden about now...
